Sandalwood Mala (White)

Hand-strung on cotton thread as a full 108+1 bead mala — long enough to wear as a necklace or use for japa (mantra counting), finished with a soft tassel. The extra 109th "guru" bead marks where each round of chanting begins and ends. How to wear it

Begin on a Thursday. Wear it as a necklace, or hold it in the right hand during japa, rolling one bead per repetition with the thumb. Keep it away from soap, perfume and chemicals, and store it in a soft pouch when not worn.
